Grain-Free "Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons blanched almond meal/flour ✅ 11/2 tablespoons golden flaxseed meal ✅ Pinch of sea salt ✅ 3/4 cup milk of choice (almond
  • coconut
  • dairy) ✅ Vanilla (optional but recommended)

Preparation

  1. This way I can grab it out of the pantry and just add my milk of choice on the stovetop until thick

  2. Tablespoons organic unsweetened shredded coconu

  3. Add all ingredients together in small saucepan and heat on medium until thickened (about 2 minutes)

  4. Top with walnuts, fresh berries, coconut flakes -- whatever you like
