Green Apple Snack

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c walnuts with 1/4 t cinnamon ~ Slice 1 unpeeled green apple

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees

  2. Finely grind up 1/4 c walnuts with 1/4 t cinnamon ~ Slice 1 unpeeled green apple on a Mandoline or as thin as you can & lay on a parchment lined baking sheet, being careful not to let them touch. Sprinkle with walnut dust as well as some additional cinnamon. Bake for 2 hours, turn off the oven and let them hang out there overnight...tadah
