Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 Handfuls of Kale & Spinach
  • 3 kiwis
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds
  • Juice of 1 a lime (or banana ? for the kids version)

Preparation

  1. Top up with water ? to desired consistency & blend well
