Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 Handfuls of Kale & Spinach
- 3 kiwis
- 1/4 cucumber
- 1 green apple
- 1 teaspoon spirulina
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds
- Juice of 1 a lime (or banana ? for the kids version)
Preparation
Top up with water ? to desired consistency & blend well
