Healthy Oatmeal Crepes for Breakfast
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oatmeal flour
- 2 egg whites
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Stevia and cinnamon to taste
Toppings
- Nutilight
- Fruits
- Coconut Whip Cream
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a blender.
Cook for about 30 seconds or until a few bubbles form and pop on the surface.
Flip and cook on the other side until golden brown, about the same as the first side.
Transfer to a plate and add Nutilight and fruits.
