Healthy Oatmeal Crepes for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oatmeal flour
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Stevia and cinnamon to taste

Toppings

  • Nutilight
  • Fruits
  • Coconut Whip Cream

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Cook for about 30 seconds or until a few bubbles form and pop on the surface.

  3. Flip and cook on the other side until golden brown, about the same as the first side.

  4. Transfer to a plate and add Nutilight and fruits.
