Hearty Oatmeal with Fresh Fruits and Spices
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/4 tsp cardamom
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- pinch of salt
Toppings
- blueberries
- strawberries
- banana
- nibs
- almond butter
Preparation
Put all ingredients into a saucepan.
Bring to medium heat and allow to thicken.
After 5 minutes, remove from stove and serve with blueberries, strawberries, banana, nibs, and almond butter.
