How to Make: Avocado Breakfast Cups

Ingredients

  • 1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 425
  • 2️⃣ Slice avocado in half, take out the pit and some of the avocado in the middle to make enough room for the egg
  • 3️⃣ Wrap the avocado in tinfoil to stabilize the avocado when pouring in the egg and prevent the egg from spilling over onto the pan
  • 4️⃣ Put the yolk in first then add the egg whites (not all of the whites will fit)
  • 5️⃣ Bake for 15-20 minutes
  • 6️⃣ I chose to eat mine plain, but you can add the seasoning and garnish of your choice. Enjoy ? -----
