Liz's Veggie Slaw

Ingredients

  • 2 cups total of shredded brussel sprouts, cauliflower and broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon agave
  • 1 tablespoon of white vinegar
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon

Preparation

  1. Shred the vegetables in a food processor (Liz shreds her veggies in the @beaba Babycook so her son could easily get involved), pour into a bowl and mix in the remaining ingredients

  2. This should keep for about a week in the refrigerator
