Liz's Veggie Slaw
Ingredients
- 2 cups total of shredded brussel sprouts, cauliflower and broccoli
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon agave
- 1 tablespoon of white vinegar
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
Preparation
Shred the vegetables in a food processor (Liz shreds her veggies in the @beaba Babycook so her son could easily get involved), pour into a bowl and mix in the remaining ingredients
This should keep for about a week in the refrigerator
