Matcha Blue Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • - 1 cup of ground almonds - 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder ( I used )
  • - 2 teaspoons of - 1 tablespoon of melted coconut oil - 1/3 of a cup of agave nectar

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients and mould into individual balls- refrigerate then cover in either 85% dark chocolate for a rich indulgent treat or like here I have really gone all out and covered them in white vanilla bean chocolate

  2. When revision gets tough, sometimes you just need white chocolate
