Millet Porridge

Ingredients

  • 150 ml millet flakes
  • 200 ml water
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla bean powder
  • pinch salt
  • 100 ml coconut milk

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients, except for the milk in a saucepan over medium high heat and bring to boil

  2. Pour in the milk, turn down the heat even further and let simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring from time to time until you have the consistency you like
