Millet Porridge
Ingredients
- 150 ml millet flakes
- 200 ml water
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp vanilla bean powder
- pinch salt
- 100 ml coconut milk
Preparation
Combine all ingredients, except for the milk in a saucepan over medium high heat and bring to boil
Pour in the milk, turn down the heat even further and let simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring from time to time until you have the consistency you like
