One Big Bowl of Creamy Alfredo Pasta with Kale


  • 1/4 cup of raw pumpkin seeds(or sunflower seeds)
  • 3/4 tsp of pink salt
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbs of onion powder
  • 3/4 cup of cashew milk
  • 1 tsp of lemon juice
  • 2 tbs of nutritional yeast
  • Dash of nutmeg
  • Fresh cracked black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup of chopped kale
  • One box of pasta of choice (or zoodles)


  1. Boil water on medium high heat in a medium sized pot

  2. Once pasta is cooking combine all ingredients in a food processor excluding chopped kale

  3. Blend til creamy consistency forms. 4. Drain pasta and add sauce to pot stir for about 3 to 4 minutes then add chopped kale

  4. Turn off heat add kale and cover for 4 to 5 minutes allowing kale to slightly wilt

  5. Garnish with kalamata olives and enjoy
