Organic Tomato Puree

Preparation
We diced the tomatoes, boiled them for about an hour
Then we used an electric blender to puree them directly in the pot (after they cooled down)
Once they were blended we used this manual way to puree them into a really smooth mixture
This was then boiled again for a short time and distributed in to sterilized jars
