Overnight Chia Seed Pudding


  • 2-3 tbsp of chia seed
  • Omegas Overload - 10g of protein - Loaded with Energy! ??1/2 cup of Nut Milk of choice
  • 2-3 tbsp of chia seed
  • Combine and store in fridge (6-10 hrs) - you may want to stir after an hour or so as chia seed tends to separate. ??Add whatever extra toppings in the morning as you desire - fruits, nuts, etc
