Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 mashed banana

Preparation

  1. Mix everything except the banana and set mixture overnight. Prior to enjoying the next day, mix in mashed banana and adjust seasonings as needed
