Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/4 tsp cardamom
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 mashed banana
Preparation
Mix everything except the banana and set mixture overnight. Prior to enjoying the next day, mix in mashed banana and adjust seasonings as needed
