Papaya Dry Sabzi
Ingredients
- 2 cups grated unripened papaya
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Kalonji
- 4-5 green chillies, slit
- 10-15 curry leaves
- Salt, as needed
- A knob of jaggery
- Amchur (dried mango powder), as needed
- Mustard oil or choice of oil
Preparation
Heat some oil in a pan.
Splutter the mustard and kalonji seeds.
Add green chillies and curry leaves, and sauté briefly.
Add the grated papaya and cook until softened.
Season with amchur, salt, and the knob of jaggery.
Stir well and cook for a few more minutes.
Serve the papaya dry sabzi with your favorite main dish.
