Peanut + Banana + Peanut Butter + Agar Agar Jelly

Ingredients

  • Chop the peanut into tiny particles, and put them on the sliced bananas
  • For the agar jelly, boil the water with peanut butter and sugar. (150cc water + 3 teaspoons of peanut butter + 1 teaspoon of sugar(or 2 coconut/beet sugar))
  • When water boils, put 1 teaspoon of agar agar and cool it a little
  • Put the bananas covered with peanut particles into the agar agar + peanut butter liquid before the jelly solidifies

  1. Agar agar powder is a great thickening agent for making various jello recipes that will substitute animal bone/skin based gelatine
