Pesto Peas

Ingredients

  • handful of basil leaves
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 2 tbsp almond milk - add more if you want a smoother texture -

Preparation

  1. Pop all of the ingredients into a blender or use a hand blender jug and blend until the mixture is like a chunky soup texture

  2. I stored the leftovers in an airtight glass container in the fridge, you could also freeze as icecubes for another day
