Pesto Peas
Ingredients
- handful of basil leaves
- juice of half a lemon
- 2 tbsp almond milk - add more if you want a smoother texture -
Preparation
Pop all of the ingredients into a blender or use a hand blender jug and blend until the mixture is like a chunky soup texture
I stored the leftovers in an airtight glass container in the fridge, you could also freeze as icecubes for another day
