I roasted a handful of unflavoured makhana for 2-3 minutes on very low heat before adding it to the bowl. The bowl also has banana slices, a wedge of pear and a handful of berries , my favourite nuts the Aussie land has showered upon us - macadamias, Brazil nuts, pecans, walnuts and pistachios . Finally the seeds the chia and pepitas oh!! How can this be left out the cacao nibs (sorry please bear with my obsession)
