Pink Bounty Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • * 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • * 2 tbsp + 1 tsp honey * 3 tbsp coconut milk
  • * 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • * 1 1/2 tsp beetroot powder * 60g dark chocolate (also tastes great with white chocolate!)

Preparation

  1. Mix together the coconut, coconut flour, honey, beetroot powder, coconut milk & coconut oil in a bowl or a food processor (if in a bowl, use your hands to combine the ingredients well). 2. Mould 8 - 10 mini bounty bars using your hands and place on a tray on baking paper. Leave to chill in the fridge for 1 hour

  2. Melt the dark chocolate. When the bars are chilled, over them in the melted chocolate and put back in the fridge to chill for another hour
