Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of quinoa (soaked in water for at least 6 hrs)
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • •1/2 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp of salt •
  • 1 tsp of nutritional yeast (cheesy flavor)
  • 1 tbs garlic powder

Preparation

  1. First rinse quinoa well

  2. Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth

  3. Place parchment paper on a pan or baking dish and spray with non-stick spray. Spread the batter on the dish and cook it for 15 minutes

  4. Once the 15 minutes are up flip and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes until crispy

  5. Now add tomato sauce,diced tomatoes,spinach,basil ,and your favorite toppings! Now cook the pizza for another 3-5 minutes and enjoy
