Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 cup of quinoa (soaked in water for at least 6 hrs)
- 1/4 cup of water
- •1/2 tsp of baking powder
- 1/2 tsp of salt •
- 1 tsp of nutritional yeast (cheesy flavor)
- 1 tbs garlic powder
Preparation
First rinse quinoa well
Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth
Place parchment paper on a pan or baking dish and spray with non-stick spray. Spread the batter on the dish and cook it for 15 minutes
Once the 15 minutes are up flip and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes until crispy
Now add tomato sauce,diced tomatoes,spinach,basil ,and your favorite toppings! Now cook the pizza for another 3-5 minutes and enjoy
