Protein Pancakes with Cinnamon and Almond Butter
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 scoops @fitwithcambrie vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 flax egg (1T ground flax +3T water)
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp baking soda
- pinch salt
- dash cinnamon
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together.
Cook on a nonstick skillet, preferably cast iron, with coconut oil until light and fluffy.
