Protein Pancakes with Cinnamon and Almond Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 scoops @fitwithcambrie vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 flax egg (1T ground flax +3T water)
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • pinch salt
  • dash cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Cook on a nonstick skillet, preferably cast iron, with coconut oil until light and fluffy.
