Pumpkin Protein Oat Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/3 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • dash of salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Combine all of the ingredients except the chocolate chips in a large bowl and mix them well

  2. Fold in the chocolate chips and mix them in with the rest of the ingredients

  3. Form the batter into balls, about 1 inch in diameter

  4. Refrigerate them and enjoy as snacks, or eat right away
