Pumpkin Protein Oat Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1/3 cup shredded coconut
- 1/3 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- dash of salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
Combine all of the ingredients except the chocolate chips in a large bowl and mix them well
Fold in the chocolate chips and mix them in with the rest of the ingredients
Form the batter into balls, about 1 inch in diameter
Refrigerate them and enjoy as snacks, or eat right away
