Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal with Fig Topping
Ingredients
- 2 packets Chia Crunch or just over 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract or powder
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- A dash of cinnamon
Toppings
- vanilla almond yogurt
- figs
- rose petals
- pistachios
- bee pollen
Preparation
Combine all base ingredients in a pot and cook over medium heat until thickened and creamy, about 5-10 minutes
Once cooked, remove from heat and let cool slightly
Top with yogurt, fresh figs, rose petals, pistachios, and bee pollen
Serve immediately and enjoy
