Raspberry Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup porridge oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 4-5 small dates, chopped (use 2-3 if using big medjool dates)
  • 3/4 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened oat or almond milk

Preparation

  1. Start by placing oats, chia seeds, raspberries and chopped dates in a pan

  2. Stir through

  3. Puor hot water over the mixture and set aside for 10 minutes

  4. After that time add plant milk and bring to a simmer, stirring frequently

  5. Let simmer until thick and creamy

  6. If you prefer runny oatmeal, add more milk
