Raspberry Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup porridge oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 4-5 small dates, chopped (use 2-3 if using big medjool dates)
- 3/4 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup unsweetened oat or almond milk
Preparation
Start by placing oats, chia seeds, raspberries and chopped dates in a pan
Stir through
Puor hot water over the mixture and set aside for 10 minutes
After that time add plant milk and bring to a simmer, stirring frequently
Let simmer until thick and creamy
If you prefer runny oatmeal, add more milk
