Raw Eggless Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup of soaked raw cashews (soak in water for 2 hours and drain before using)
  • About 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp of fresh or dried dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • Crushed black pepper
  • Pinch of cayenne (optional)
  • cilantro (optional)
  • Pinch of garlic crushed (optional)
  • 2 tbsp of mustard

Preparation

  1. Place ingredients into food processor and pulse until desired consistency

  2. Add more water as needed and scrape sides down as you go! Eat as you please
