Raw Eggless Salad
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup of soaked raw cashews (soak in water for 2 hours and drain before using)
- About 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup chopped red onions
- 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp of fresh or dried dill weed
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Crushed black pepper
- Pinch of cayenne (optional)
- cilantro (optional)
- Pinch of garlic crushed (optional)
- 2 tbsp of mustard
Preparation
Place ingredients into food processor and pulse until desired consistency
Add more water as needed and scrape sides down as you go! Eat as you please
