Rose Quartz Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries⠀
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries⠀
- 1/2 firm banana⠀
- dash of cinnamon⠀
- 1/3 cup oats⠀
- 1 tbsp chia seeds⠀
- 1 cup plant-based milk⠀
- 1-2 tbsp rose water (optional)⠀
Preparation
Add all ingredients into your blender⠀
Blend well until all ingredients are combined and you have a smooth creamy smoothie⠀
Pour into glass mason jar and serve ⠀
Optional: set in fridge until ready to drink⠀
