Rose Quartz Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries⠀
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries⠀
  • 1/2 firm banana⠀
  • dash of cinnamon⠀
  • 1/3 cup oats⠀
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds⠀
  • 1 cup plant-based milk⠀
  • 1-2 tbsp rose water (optional)⠀

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients into your blender⠀

  2. Blend well until all ingredients are combined and you have a smooth creamy smoothie⠀

  3. Pour into glass mason jar and serve ⠀

  4. Optional: set in fridge until ready to drink⠀
