Simple Gluten-Free Dairy-Free Energy Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup gf oats
- 2/3 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup almond butter or fav nut butter
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together and let set in the fridge for about half an hour.
Roll into small balls about 1 inch in size.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy.
