Simple Overnight Oats with Coconut and Banana
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (I used white)
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp cardamom
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- pinch of salt
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup almond milk
Preparation
Mix everything except banana in a bowl or Tupperware.
Seal and place in fridge overnight.
Prior to serving, stir in mashed banana and top as desired. Today it was berries, bananas and nibs.
