Simple Vegan Flaxseed Cinnamon Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of ground flaxseed
  • 4 flax eggs (4 tbsp flaxseed combined with 12 tbsp water)
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/3 cup of maple syrup
  • 1/2 Tbsp of ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 1/3 cup of coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F.

  2. In a mixing bowl add the dry ingredients and mix.

  3. Add the flax eggs, water and melted coconut oil.

  4. Once the mix is nice and even pour it in a loaf baking dish greased with coconut oil.

  5. Add your toppings.

  6. Bake for 25 minutes.

  7. Let it cool down and enjoy.
