Simple Vegan Flaxseed Cinnamon Bread
Ingredients
- 2 cups of ground flaxseed
- 4 flax eggs (4 tbsp flaxseed combined with 12 tbsp water)
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1/3 cup of maple syrup
- 1/2 Tbsp of ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 1/3 cup of coconut oil
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 350F.
In a mixing bowl add the dry ingredients and mix.
Add the flax eggs, water and melted coconut oil.
Once the mix is nice and even pour it in a loaf baking dish greased with coconut oil.
Add your toppings.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Let it cool down and enjoy.
