  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1 or 2 figs depending on size
  • Large handful of frozen blackberries
  • 1 heaped tsp of cashew butter
  • Booster
  • Happy Hemp super protein powder

Preparation

  1. Blended with cashew milk @plenishcleanse
