Ingredients

  • Rolled oats with a dash of seamoss gel, some chia and flaxseed meal, pumpkin seeds, unsweetened almond milk and a little blackstrap molasses (testing a new(old) plant based sweetener
  • Warmed my almond milk and slowly stirred in the sea moss gel with the flax and chia meal. Added a spoonful of molasses and added the oats. Let that sit for 3 mins then stir in my pumpkin seeds
  • Added a Julie mango ? for garnish and some fruity goodness
