Spiced S H R I M P Bowls
Ingredients
- 1 cup rice {i used jasmine}
- 1 lb shrimp
- 1 head of broccoli
- 1/3 cup frozen pees
- 1/2 tsp cumin, chili powder, paprika, 1/4 tsp cayenne, salt, pepper
Preparation
Cook rice {if you need a fool proof method, comment below}
Pat dry shrimp & toss with seasoning
Heat a large pan with oil, once hot add shrimp & cook 3 mins per side; remove from heat
Cut broccoli into florets & add to pan with another drizzle of oil
Sauté for 4 mins then add frozen peas & cook another 3 mins
Assemble bowls & drizzle with coconut aminos {or soy sauce} + @franksredhot hot sauce
