Spiced S H R I M P Bowls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice {i used jasmine}
  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 1/3 cup frozen pees
  • 1/2 tsp cumin, chili powder, paprika, 1/4 tsp cayenne, salt, pepper

Preparation

  1. Cook rice {if you need a fool proof method, comment below}

  2. Pat dry shrimp & toss with seasoning

  3. Heat a large pan with oil, once hot add shrimp & cook 3 mins per side; remove from heat

  4. Cut broccoli into florets & add to pan with another drizzle of oil

  5. Sauté for 4 mins then add frozen peas & cook another 3 mins

  6. Assemble bowls & drizzle with coconut aminos {or soy sauce} + @franksredhot hot sauce
