Spicy + Cheesy Tuna Boats
Ingredients
- zucchini
- 3 cans of @portofinotuna (4.5oz each)
- mix with 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup relish
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 2 tbsp chopped jalapeno
- and 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
Cut zucchini in half and scoop out middles. Bake at 400 for 15 min. meanwhile, in a large bowl, add 3 cans of @portofinotuna (4.5oz each), mix with 1/4 cup mayo, 1/4 cup relish, 2 tbsp sriracha, 1/4 cup chopped red onion, 2 tbsp chopped jalapeno, and 1/2 tsp salt. Stir to combine. Add into zucchinis and top with cheese. I used about 1 cup cheddar. Bake for additional 5 minutes
