Sugar-Free Spiced Apple Granola
Ingredients
- 90g oats
- 120g buckwheat groats (or more oats)
- 200g buckwheat
- 130g pumpkin seeds
- 65g hazelnuts
- 50g walnuts
- 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 20g chia seeds in 50g water
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 30g apple chips
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 160°C with fan setting.
Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
On the sheet, add all ingredients and mix by hand until everything is moistened.
Bake in the oven for a total of 30 minutes, stirring twice to bring the outer edges to the inside.
If some pieces are still wet, continue cooking for a few minutes.
I usually turn off my oven and let the granola dry like that.
When the granola is cold, break it into pieces.
