Sugar-Free Spiced Apple Granola

Ingredients

  • 90g oats
  • 120g buckwheat groats (or more oats)
  • 200g buckwheat
  • 130g pumpkin seeds
  • 65g hazelnuts
  • 50g walnuts
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 20g chia seeds in 50g water
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 30g apple chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 160°C with fan setting.

  2. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. On the sheet, add all ingredients and mix by hand until everything is moistened.

  4. Bake in the oven for a total of 30 minutes, stirring twice to bring the outer edges to the inside.

  5. If some pieces are still wet, continue cooking for a few minutes.

  6. I usually turn off my oven and let the granola dry like that.

  7. When the granola is cold, break it into pieces.
