Vegan Banana Bread with Almond Flour and Oats
Ingredients
- 1 and 2/3 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1 cup quick oats
- 4 medium mashed very ripe bananas
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/4 cup creamy almond butter
Preparation
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.
Bake in a bread pan at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.
