Vegan Overnight Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 grated zucchini (optional)
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 scoop vegan banana maple french toast protein powder
  • 1/2 cup cashew milk
  • 1/3 cup water

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a container

  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight

  3. In the morning, add desired toppings and serve
