Vegan Overnight Oats Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 grated zucchini (optional)
- 1/3 cup pumpkin purée
- 1 scoop vegan banana maple french toast protein powder
- 1/2 cup cashew milk
- 1/3 cup water
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a container
Cover and refrigerate overnight
In the morning, add desired toppings and serve
