Vegan Protein Zoats Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 grated zucchini
  • 3/4 scoop vegan banana maple French toast protein powder
  • 1 cup water or plant milk

Toppings

  • coconut flakes
  • hemp seeds
  • raw creamy almond butter

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, grated zucchini, protein powder, and water or plant milk in a pot and cook until thickened

  2. Top with coconut flakes, hemp seeds, and almond butter
