Vegan Protein Zoats Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 grated zucchini
- 3/4 scoop vegan banana maple French toast protein powder
- 1 cup water or plant milk
Toppings
- strawberries
- coconut flakes
- mini vegan chocolate chips
- raw creamy almond butter
Preparation
Combine oats, grated zucchini, protein powder, and water or plant milk in a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring occasionally.
Top with strawberries, coconut flakes, mini vegan chocolate chips, and almond butter.
