Vegan Protein Zoats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 grated zucchini
  • 3/4 scoop vegan banana maple French toast protein powder
  • 1 cup water or plant milk

Toppings

  • strawberries
  • coconut flakes
  • mini vegan chocolate chips
  • raw creamy almond butter

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, grated zucchini, protein powder, and water or plant milk in a saucepan.

  2. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring occasionally.

  3. Top with strawberries, coconut flakes, mini vegan chocolate chips, and almond butter.
