Warm Sweet Coffee Walnut Porridge

Ingredients

  • 50g jumbo oats
  • 200ml Bob milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3/4 tbsp Americano decaf coffee
  • Walnuts (toasted in a dry frying pan)
  • 1/2 tbsp salted caramel sauce
  • Dark Swiss chocolate disc (finely grated)

Preparation

  1. Cook oats and milk on the hob until thickened.

  2. Alternatively, cook in the microwave in short bursts, stirring regularly, for about 2 minutes.

  3. Toast walnuts in a dry frying pan.

  4. Add honey, coffee, salted caramel sauce, and grated dark Swiss chocolate to the porridge.

  5. Serve warm.
