Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini – spiraled or grated
  • handful of cherry tomatoes (cut in halves)
  • 1-2 avocado (remove seed)
  • few large fresh basil leaves
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 fresh squeezed lemon
  • pinch of himalayan salt
  • pinch of fresh black pepper

Preparation

  1. Combine avocado, lemon juice, garlic, basil leaves and spices in blender
