Vegan Protein Zoats

Ingredients

  • 1️⃣ Add ~1/2c riced cauliflower into your pot (frozen, already riced, or grate cauliflower yourself) with 1/2-2/3c oats and ~1 1/3c water or plant milk to heat on the stove (low to med heat)
  • 2️⃣While that begins to cook, grate 1/2 of a zucchini into a separate bowl to add later
  • 3️⃣Once the oats, riced cauli, and water come to a boil, added the grated zucchini (if the mixture is a bit too dry, add more liquid)
  • 4️⃣Now that all of the base ingredients are mixed in, turn the heat to low and add 1 scoop of Planta @highperformancenutrition #vegan banana maple protein powder
  • 5️⃣ Add your toppings: 1 mini chopped up apple, @traderjoes raw creamy almond butter, and @sevensundaysmn grain free muesli for extra crunch
