Ingredients

  • 1 cup/8 oz. soft pitted dates
  • 1/3 cup organic coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup plant based protein powder
  • 1/2 t vanilla extract
  • Extra coconut flour for rolling

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until a ball forms

  2. Add more coconut flour if it's too wet

  3. Roll into small blissballs and roll in extra coconut flour

  4. Eat, or store in the fridge
