Fruity #Zoodle Snack

Ingredients

  • 2 organic Cucumbers (you may wish to spiralize or you can just cut them up into circular shaped
  • 5-10 strawberries
  • 1/2 mango (may substitute blueberry or other berry if on #candidadiet)
  • spring of dried or fresh mint
  • juice of 1 lemon or less

Preparation

  1. Cut up cucumber to desired

  2. Blend all other ingredients

  3. Pour on top of cucumbers and enjoy
