Keto Pb & Jam Bagel

Ingredients

  • ▪1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • ▪3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • ▪3/4 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • ▪1/4 teaspoon salt
  • ▪3 tablespoons psyllium husk powder
  • ▪2 flax eggs
  • ▪1/2 cup warm water
  • ▪2 tbsp Avocado oil
  • ▪Pepitas to top

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 130C/250F

  2. Mix almond flour, xanthan gum, baking soda and salt together in a bowl

  3. In a separate bowl, mix flax egg and warm water together. Stir in psyllium husk until there are no clumps

  4. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients

  5. Coat bagel mold with avocado oil. Press dough into mold

  6. Place in oven and bake for 45 minutes

  7. Remove and cool for 15 minutes before slicing
