Veagndonut
Ingredients
- 100ml soy milk⠀
- 50ml maple syrup⠀
- 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar⠀
- 60g apple sauce⠀
- 100g whole grain spelt flour⠀
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder⠀
- 2 tsp baking powder⠀
- frosting:⠀
- 80g vegan white chocolate⠀
- 1 tsp coconut oil⠀
- 1/2 tsp aronia berry powder⠀
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°c(350f)⠀
Mix togehter wet ingredients in a small bowl
In a bigger bowl add all dry ingredients and mix as well
Add wet to dry ingredients and whisk together
Grease a muffin tin and fill in the dough
Bake for about 18 minutes
Let them cool down then remove them from the form
Meanwhile melt the chocolate over a waterbath
Add 1 tsp of coconut oil and berry powder and mix
Dip the donuts into the melted chocolate and place them on a cooling rack
Optionally decorate them with some coconut shreds and more berry powder
