Veagndonut

Ingredients

  • 100ml soy milk⠀
  • 50ml maple syrup⠀
  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar⠀
  • 60g apple sauce⠀
  • 100g whole grain spelt flour⠀
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder⠀
  • 2 tsp baking powder⠀
  • frosting:⠀
  • 80g vegan white chocolate⠀
  • 1 tsp coconut oil⠀
  • 1/2 tsp aronia berry powder⠀

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°c(350f)⠀

  2. Mix togehter wet ingredients in a small bowl

  3. In a bigger bowl add all dry ingredients and mix as well

  4. Add wet to dry ingredients and whisk together

  5. Grease a muffin tin and fill in the dough

  6. Bake for about 18 minutes

  7. Let them cool down then remove them from the form

  8. Meanwhile melt the chocolate over a waterbath

  9. Add 1 tsp of coconut oil and berry powder and mix

  10. Dip the donuts into the melted chocolate and place them on a cooling rack

  11. Optionally decorate them with some coconut shreds and more berry powder
