Bee Pollen Honey and Almond Butter on Sourdough

Ingredients

  • I have been eating a tsp of bee pollen daily for the last week as I am trying to see if it can help with my allergies and it offers me a lot of essential nutrients as well
  • For this toast I used sourdough
  • almond butter
  • bee pollen honey, bee pollen, cacao nibs, blackcurrants
  • Blackcurrants are very high in vitamin C and polyphenols and they are a good source of iron and manganese. Which makes them excellent for any anti-ageing diet
