Our Salted Caramel Chocolate Bark


  • 1 1/4 of dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup of coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup of turbinado sugar
  • 1 tsp of coconut nectar
  • chopped walnuts
  • pink himalayan salt crystals


  1. In a small pot on medium heat add cream and sugar

  2. Stir often for 20 minutes on medium-low heat

  3. Remove caramel from heat and add coconut nectar

  4. Stir well and set aside when finished

  5. On a baking sheet in a small parchment paper square form pour chocolate in and spread smooth

  6. Use a spoon and drizzle caramel on top

  7. Throw chopped nuts and salt crystals on top

  8. Place in freezer for 15 minutes

  9. Once time is up remove from freezer and break or slice to enjoy???? #threebunnies
