Loaded Nourish Bowl

Ingredients

  • kale
  • dressing i use @littlecreekdressing original
  • yams
  • broccoli
  • chickpeas
  • pumpkin seeds
  • avocado
  • radish
  • sauerkraut
  • avocado oil
  • seasoning: salt, pepper, garlic powder

Preparation

  1. Peel and cut up the yams into small cubes

  2. Wash and cut up the broccoli into smaller pieces

  3. Add veggies to a silicon mat on baking tray, drizzle some oil and sprinkle seasoning on

  4. Bake for 30 minutes at 425f

  5. Wash and cut up kale in the mean time

  6. Rinse and drain chickpeas, add to a hot frying pan with some oil and seasoning

  7. Fry it up on medium high heat till they get crispy

  8. Shake the pan often so they don’t burn

  9. Massage your kale with your fav dressing then add to the bowl

  10. Add the veggies on top, sprinkle the chickpeas next! then add your sauerkraut, radish, pumpkin seeds and avocado slices
