Nourish Bowl

Ingredients

  • spinach and lettuce leaves?
  • cherry tomatoes?
  • cucumber?
  • 1/2 an avocado?
  • basil tofu
  • roasted sweet potato?
  • curried roasted chickpeas
  • leftover freekeh (a grain similar to bulgar) with spinach
  • tahini dressing

Preparation

  1. Fill the bottom of your bowl or plate with greens/salad mix

  2. Add your fave veggies cut up small

  3. Add a protein source

  4. A more starchy veg to fill you up

  5. A healthy grain

  6. Healthy fats - Either from food or in the dressing, or both
