Ingredients
- spinach and lettuce leaves?
- cherry tomatoes?
- cucumber?
- 1/2 an avocado?
- basil tofu
- roasted sweet potato?
- curried roasted chickpeas
- leftover freekeh (a grain similar to bulgar) with spinach
- tahini dressing
Preparation
Fill the bottom of your bowl or plate with greens/salad mix
Add your fave veggies cut up small
Add a protein source
A more starchy veg to fill you up
A healthy grain
Healthy fats - Either from food or in the dressing, or both
