Frozen Cherry Cheesecake Dessert
Ingredients
- 400 g curd cheese
- 330 ml heavy cream (36%)
- 50 g cherry sauce
- 100 g frozen cherries
- 30 g erythritol
- 20 g powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon whipped cream stabilizer
Preparation
Boil the cherries with erythritol and let them cool.
Whip the chilled heavy cream with powdered sugar, and add the whipped cream stabilizer at the end.
Mix the whipped cream with the curd cheese and cherries, preferably using cherry pieces and less juice.
Transfer half of the mixture to a larger container, add half of the cherry sauce, and repeat with the remaining mixture.
Chill in the freezer, and check occasionally to ensure it does not freeze too solidly.
