Creamy Egg-Free Tiramisu in Individual Glasses

Ingredients

  • 100 ml coffee
  • 1-2 tbsp Amaretto
  • 150 g heavy cream
  • 250 g mascarpone cheese
  • 75 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 15 ladyfingers (about 100 g)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Preparation

  1. Boil coffee and let it cool completely, then stir in Amaretto. Prepare 6 dessert glasses (125 ml each).

  2. Whip the heavy cream until stiff and set aside. In a separate bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until combined. Gently fold in the whipped cream. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and cut the tip to about 1 cm wide.

  3. Break one third of the ladyfingers into small pieces and divide among the glasses. Drizzle each with 1-2 tablespoons of the coffee mixture. Pipe a thin layer of cream over the ladyfingers.

  4. Break another third of the ladyfingers and layer over the cream. Drizzle with the coffee mixture and pipe another layer of cream.

  5. Break the remaining ladyfingers and layer over the cream. Drizzle with the coffee mixture and top with the remaining cream. Dust the top with cocoa powder.
